Here are some important check-in and load-in instructions.

Set Up Times:

• Friday, October 16th

• Beginning at 6:00 PM, or you can come in at 7 am on Saturday.

• Location: Alex Johnson Hotel (Ballroom) 523 6th Street, Rapid City, SD 57701

There's a load in area in the front of the Alex Johnson Hotel on 6th Street. Make sure to leave your flashers on while unloading. Once you've unloaded everything you will need to find street parking or park in the parking garage on 6th Street or there's also a parking garage at the Hyatt Hotel on St. Joe.

Once you enter the Alex Johnson there will be an elevator to your right. There are stairs to your left. Both will take you to the Ballroom on the second floor where the event is being held.

Included Tables & Chairs

Readers will be provided with:

• One 6' rectangular table

• Two chairs

Vendors will be provided with an 8’ × 8’ space containing:

• One 6' rectangular table

• Two chairs 

If you've arranged for additional tables or chairs, those will be included. If you plan to bring your own table or chairs and do not need the provided ones, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Vendor Badges

You can pick up your vendor badges directly at your assigned table when you arrive for setup.

Booth Setup Requirements

If you need electricity, extra tables, chairs, or vendor badges, you can purchase them here: https://www.spiritexpo.events/store/p/vendor-booth-extras

Vendor names will be placed on the tables when you arrive to set up.

Tablecloths & Coverings: Please bring your own. These are not provided.

Wall Banners: Unfortunately, there's really nowhere to hang a wall banner in the Ballroom; however, you are welcome to use any signage that is self-hung or has its own stand.

Teardown Information

All vendors must complete teardown by 10pm on Sunday, October 18th.
