Check-in and load-in instructions

Hotel Rooms ~ If you need hotel accommodations, we have a courtesy room block at the Alex Johnson Hotel.

Price ~ It's $169 a night plus tax.
Check-In Time ~ Is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Booking ~ You can call 605-342-1210 to book a room with this special rate.
Special ~ The rooms are blocked under the name: Keys to the Spirit World

Set-Up ~

Dates ~ Friday, October 16th or Saturday, October 17th
Times ~ Friday starting at 6:00 PM or Saturday starting at 7:00 AM
Location ~ Alex Johnson Hotel (Ballroom), 523 6th Street, Rapid City, SD 57701

Load-In Instructions ~ There's a load-in area in the front of the Alex Johnson Hotel on 6th Street.

Unloading ~ Make sure to leave your flashers on while unloading.
Parking ~ Once you've unloaded everything, you will need to find either:
1) Street parking
2) Public parking garage on 6th Street
3) Paid parking garage at the Hyatt Hotel on St. Joe.
Entrance ~ Once you enter the Alex Johnson, there will be two ways that will take you to the Ballroom on the second floor where the event is being held.
1) Elevator to your right. (Easier for a heavy items or products)
2) Stairs to your left.
Vendor Location & Badges ~ will be placed on the tables when you arrive to set up.

Booth Tables & Chairs ~ If you've arranged for additional tables or chairs, those will be included. If you plan to bring your own table or chairs and do not need the provided ones, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Readers will be provided with:
(1) ~ 6' Rectangular table
(2) ~ Chairs
‍Vendors & Healers will be provided with an 8’ × 8’ space containing:

(1) ~ 6' Rectangular table

(2) ~ Chairs

Tablecloths & Coverings ~ Please bring your own. These are not provided.
Wall Banners ~ Unfortunately, there's really nowhere to hang a wall banner in the Ballroom; however, you are welcome to use any signage that is self-hung or has its own stand.
